1.How to tear off sticky note cards quickly and cleanly?
Heat the pasted part, and after heating up, slowly tear it off little by little. It can’t be heated quickly, and it can’t be torn off quickly, otherwise it will not be clean.
2.Which regions support delivery
In order to ensure our after-sales service, we cannot provide stable after-sales service for countries other than the United States, so orders outside the United States are not supported for the time being. If the delivery area is adjusted in the future, it will be announced on the website without prior notice. We apologize if it affected you.
3.Order processing time
Our service hours are Monday-Friday/8:00AM-8:00PM (EST). For all US paid orders, we process within 1-3 business days.
Note: Order processing ends at 8:00 PM every day, orders placed after 8:00 PM will be prioritized on the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will be prioritized starting Monday.
4.Return validity period
Our returns are valid until 7 natural days after the Note Card arrives. If you receive your Note Card more than 7 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
Brand new products purchased at gradnotecard.com do not affect secondary sales. Within the validity period of the return, you can contact customer service to negotiate a refund (for damage to the Note Card caused by human and external reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted).
5.How to get a refund?
Once the returned Note Card arrives at Gradnotecard.com’s warehouse and is successfully inspected, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact refund time depends on your payment method, please be patient and do not rush.
